Team Leaders

When Wilderness Medics assigns four or more EMT's or Paramedics & RNs to an incident. One of the personnel assigned to the incident will be a Team Leader. Our team leaders are EMT's and Paramedics & RNs with many years experience in the wild land fires and other types of incidents. Many of our team leaders are also experienced Paramedics & RNs (MedL). Our team leaders have been trained under the USFS, and NWCG guidelines for Chief of Party. These individuals will provide a first line field supervisor to work directly with the incident management teams, local resources, and our personnel. Their experience and knowledge of our services, personnel and equipment can assist in medical coverage planning at your incident, local transport and hospital needs, company questions and promote our team oriented service delivery.
